If you like Vietnamese food, do not miss this place. The food is authentic & excellent and the staff is very kind. We tried a few things to share and were very happy! Don't miss the Shaking beef and the "make your own roll"!

I found this place from Michelin guided list. All 3 dishes we got were very good and authentic. The broth for Bun gio heo is great. I wonder if they use the same broth with Pho because I taste a good amount of Pho flavor in it, but in a very good way. Service is fast and friendly.

It was a super rainy day and I was craving some good old pho. This was the 1st place that came to mind. It's the ultimate Michelin guide restaurant on Buford hwy. love the casual vibes, the service was quick, no wait time. The food came quickly and everything tasted delicious . I have been coming here regularly for a reason.

The family meal is 100% the biggest bang for your buck. Overall, most items were decent but a few can be overwhelmingly sweet -- such as the sweet and sour soup, which was overtly sugary without any tamarind flavor. The caramelized fish was likewise very syrupy and could have benefited from a bit more fish sauce. My favorite dishes from the family meal had to be the shaking beef and stir fried water spinach. The sauce from the shaking beef was very rich and flavorful and the spinach was a yummy way to get more fiber!

My first time here and I LOVED it!!! I got the noodle pork dish and spring rolls. I immediately fell in love with the spring rolls and have been back several times since. The service was decent.

Nam Phuong is a staple in Atlanta for Vietnamese food. I usually come here if I am looking for comfort food. The parking lot is really small and it does not help that this is a popular restaurant. I have had to find nearby parking just to eat at Nam Phuong, so just be aware of when you get here to eat because it can get really busy. The restaurant feels familiar and homey to me. There are a lot of families and kids that come here. I also think that the service is good. I almost always get their Bún Bò Huế because it is my favorite Vietnamese noodle soup! It is not the same as the version that my mom makes, but I do not think that a restaurant will be able to achieve that for me. Their Bún Bò Huế is pretty good; the noodles are soft and the broth is a tad bit saltier than I am used to, but it is not bad. I have also heard good things about their Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaking Beef), so I might try that next time!

Nam Phuong is probably one of the most reasonably-priced Michelin restaurants you'll find. The food is consistently good and the staff is relatively attentive given how busy it stays. The real killer pro tip is to get the family dinners when you come with a group. It's a ridiculous value. I came once with a group of 8 and we got the dinner for 6 and we left ridiculously stuffed with food left over. The price couldn't be beat for the amount of food we ate and everything we ordered was super, super tasty.

This is a Michelin Guide restaurant and I want to come back and try all the items. Big parking lot for free parking. Staff was not as attentive as I would have like. Strange situation where there seemed to be more staff than customers so maybe there was confusion. My table had everything I needed so my meal was not interrupted. Getting carry out containers and my bill took longer than expected. This place looks a little rough on the outside but it is extremely clean and some what fancy on the inside. I ordered the combination Pho with steak and meatballs. I also got the Bahn Chen (Rice cubes). The Pho is huge and I had to get a container to take the rest home. The rice cubes are a nice treat. I will definitely return.
